How do I use the Uninstall feature in the Help tab?
When you uninstall LightLogger Keylogger from your computer, the program and its all log files are removed. To uninstall LightLogger, follow these steps:- Open the LightLogger Admin Panel. (see How do I open and close the LightLogger Admin Panel?) By default, the Admin Panel opens with the Log Viewer tab displayed.
- Click the Help tab. The Help tab opens:
- Click Uninstall. Two LightLogger Uninstall dialog boxes are displayed:
- Click Yes in the box asking "Do you want to completely uninstall LightLogger?" The uninstall operation continues and a new LightLogger Uninstall dialog box is displayed:
In addition, if you are connected to the internet, a LightLogger web page opens in your default web browser asking you to complete a survey about why you uninstalled LightLogger:
- If you want to leave feedback about why you uninstalled LightLogger, click Continue in the feedback dialog box now. The HeavenWard discussion forum opens, where you can leave your comments about LightLogger.
- To complete the uninstall operation, click Yes in the box asking "A restart is required to complete uninstallation. Would you like to continue?" Your computer will shut down and restart (reboot) with LightLogger removed from your system.
