What is stealth mode?
When LightLogger Keylogger runs in stealth mode, it is invisible to the average computer user. For instructions on running LightLogger in stealth mode, see How do I select Startup options in the Settings tab? You must activate a paid license key to run LightLogger in stealth mode. These features take effect in stealth mode:- LightLogger does not appear in the Programs list in the Windows start menu.
- LightLogger application and data folders are made hidden folders. The folders are hidden in Windows Explorer unless the Windows folder option Show hidden files and folders is selected in the Folder Options section of the Control Panel.
- Both in and out of stealth mode, LightLogger is hidden from the Windows process list and does not appear in the Processes tab of Windows Task Manager.
- The LightLogger trial expiration notice is not displayed (since LightLogger is registered with a paid license key).
LightLogger monitoring (configured in the Monitor options section of the Settings tab) is the same whether LightLogger is in or out of stealth mode.
